Community Guidelines for Digital Wealth Academy

Welcome to our community! This space is designed for learning, collaboration and respectful discussions. To maintain a positive environment, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines which are outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our community and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. 

By accessing and/or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these community guidelines (the “Community Guidelines”). We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to DWA, without notice, and to remove any content that does not adhere to these Community Guidelines. 

Because of the diversity of our community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

Respect Each Other. Treat all members with kindness and professionalism. Disrespectful, rude, or harmful comments will be removed and repeated violations may result in removal from the group.

No Self-Promotion or Solicitation. Our community is not a place for direct sales, affiliate marketing or recruitment. This includes linking to blog posts with sales offers, promoting your own groups or sending unsolicited messages to members. Think of this space as a peer network, not a lead-generation tool.

Keep Discussions On-Topic. Posts and comments should be relevant to the group’s purpose. Off-topic, misleading or inappropriate content may be removed at our discretion.

Maintain Confidentiality. Respect the privacy of others. Information shared within the group should not be copied, shared or repackaged outside of the community. Members should feel safe sharing their thoughts and experiences here.

No Gated Content. You may not require members to provide their contact information or opt into a list to access shared content. Everything posted in this group should be freely available to all members.

Be Cautious with Private Messages. Unsolicited private messages for sales or promotions by members are not allowed unless you a co-creator designated by DWA or an owner of DWA. If we receive multiple complaints about such messages, you may be removed from the group.

Report Policy Violations. With a large community, we may not catch everything. If you see a post that violates our guidelines, please report it or tag us so we can address it promptly.

Intellectual Property and Harrassing Content. Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Refrain from sharing obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or hate speech-based content. Posts containing personal or sensitive information about others will be removed.

Non-Disparagement. Do not to make, publish, or communicate any defamatory, disparaging, or negative statements or comments about the community, its moderators, administrators, members, or any associated parties, including the services, products, or content provided. This includes, but is not limited to, comments made in public forums, social media, or other platforms. Any violation of this clause may result in your immediate removal from the community and potential legal action.

No Sharing or Reselling Course Content. Do not share course materials, logins, or any of our copyrighted content in this group or anywhere else. Do not resell or redistribute this course outside the allowed affiliate structure.

No False Income Claims. The Federal Trade Commission requires transparency when discussing earnings. Do not share any misleading income claims or “get rich quick” promises. If you share your wins, be honest about your experience and efforts and make sure you have information or data to prove the accuracy of what you share.

No Chargeback or Refund Discussions. If you have payment issues or refund questions, reach out to us directly. These discussions aren’t allowed in the group.

No Harmful Activities. Prohibited activities include stalking, harassment, impersonation, spreading misinformation, spamming and attempting to disrupt or hack the platform. Any interference with the website’s functionality, including unauthorized data collection or excessive load on our technical infrastructure, is not allowed.

No Endorsements. Participation in this group does not mean that we endorse any member’s products or services. Please conduct due diligence before engaging in business relationships with other members.

Community Integrity. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access to members who violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion. If you come across inappropriate content, please let us know so we can review it.

Admin Decisions Are Final. We reserve the right to remove posts, moderate discussions, and remove members who violate these guidelines.
